i read somewhere weight loss without a plan leads to 97% failure. i love my workouts just as much as my healthy meals!
this morning pleasantly suprised to move another stone. one stone per kg. left is ‘to lose’ right is ‘happy to have lost’. ten at a time. here we go!
breakfast smoothy with low fat plain yoghurt, mango, cinnamon and nutmeg. lunch is herb marinated kangaro, zucchini, mushroom, capsicum. lemon to squeeze over just before eating. raw dinner cauliflower, mushroom, ricotta, mozzerella spiced with cayanne pepper (excellent for weight loss), periperi, taragon. the usual for mid meal snacks. yum!
