Make ahead fish en papillote. starting from bottom layer; sliced asparagus, zucchini, roasted tomato, pepper, salt, herbs, NZ hoki fish and prawns added ontop the thinner side of fish, more herbs, lemon and a _slither_ of butter. Frozen parcels popped stright into the microwave for 3 mins 30 secs. Delicious served on baby spinach leaves.
